Emmanuel Toutain is the CEO and Head of Product of Terefic, a reference checking App specifically designed for staffing agencies.

Emmanuel came up with the idea of online job references when he offered to serve as a reference for an international intern at his company. He knew that the chances that a prospective employer would call from overseas to speak with him were very slim. The Internet was the solution.

Emmanuel was born in Paris. He has been living in the United States for more than 15 years. He holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
