Hal Mady is the VP of Sales and Business Development at Shiftboard—the leader in enterprise workforce scheduling software. He is responsible for driving revenue and developing partnerships. A proven B2B sales leader, he’s built relationships and exceeded performance goals for 20+ years.

Prior to Shiftboard, Hal was K2’s VP of North American Sales and Business Development. During his tenure, SaaS business grew 200%+ and the sales organization tripled in size. He earned DocuSign’s 2014 Executive Leadership Award for leading multiple sales teams to 80%+ year-over-year growth as an AVP.

Hal holds a BA from the University of Iowa, where he was a three-time letter winner in football. He’s also completed executive education programs at Stanford and Harvard. When he and his wife aren’t supporting the many athletic pursuits of their three children, you can usually find Hal cheering on his Hawkeyes, firing up the barbecue, or both.
