Jerome Guerard was one of the first 100 Monster.com employees in 1998; back when you had to
explain what a job posting was. He left Monster for other pursuits in 2002 yet remained in roles
still focused on the staffing sector. This included working with staffing companies on loss
control, Worker’s Comp, and Employment Practices solutions. He was also a Regional Manager
with a top 5 Global Staffing firm, where he managed five  branch offices ranging from Light
Industrial and Retail to IT and Engineering.

In 2012 Jerome returned to Monster to lead staffing software sales and solution design. He
oversees, PSE’s for Career Sites, Semantic Search and Automation along with Custom
workflow’s integrating AI Bots, SMS, Video and candidate experiences. Jerome is a SME on
recruitment processes, ATS integrations, RPO solution design and MSP/VMS automation.

Jerome currently lives in Central Massachusetts and Southern Vermont with his wife and two
children where he enjoys skiing, golf and biking whenever time allows.
