Tim Hawk brings more than 20 years of HCM expertise & talent acquisition best practices to his clients & StaffingTec 2018. He has served in significant roles as an agency representative for both Bernard Hodes Advertising (now Symphony Talent) and TMP, a college recruitment manager for SRA International (now CSRA), and a media vendor for both the Wall Street Journal and Kaulkin Media (now insideARM). His background includes business development experience at job boards iHire and Simply Hired.

Most recently, he has been working with Score Recruitment providing Talent Acquisition & Operations oversight and heading JobAdx's Sales team. JobAdx is a #SmarterProgrammatic tool which delivers the industry's first real-time dynamic bidding & job delivery. Tim's prior start-up experiences in the recruitment space include Rovion (now a division of Sizmek), Brazen and Jobalign.

A Penn State alumnus with a degree in Advertising, he has recently relocated to Southern California where he enjoys the outdoors and exploring the Coachella Valley.
